The project for this module was developed in two stages for the Billingsgate Market development site in Canary Wharf, London. 

The first stage involved group work to produce a report containing a site analysis and masterplan for the global city site.

Based on the masterplan, the individual design and access statement contained a detailed three-block design report which responded to the client brief and challenges through the application of design solutions. 

Part of this module, included a thematic research report on different expertise conducted by each member of the group. The focus of my report was on Finance and Affordable Housing. For more information on this research click here.
