The purpose of this project was to create a detailed masterplan for a mixed-use development site on Oxpens Road in Oxford. The site's location faced a disconnect to other areas of the city due lack of accessibility and permeability, especially due to limited pedestrian and cycling access. 

Designs were conducted around an existing community ice rink which was a focal point for people in Oxford.
