The project was in collaboration with Oxford City Council, to regenerate the district centre of Blackbird Leys, Oxford, responding to the aspirations and needs of the local community. 

The areas negative stigma and lack of inclusive development design impacted the opportunities available for residents. 

The proposed design called for a re-vitalisation of the district through economic development and community spaces.
